
New York governor Kathy Hochul signed legislation on Friday geared toward holding giant AI builders accountable for the protection of their fashions. The RAISE Act establishes guidelines for larger transparency, requiring these firms to publish details about their security protocols and report any incidents inside 72 hours of their prevalence. It comes just a few months after California adopted related laws.
